7 days Return Policy
- All products purchased from our web-store are eligible for 7 days Return Policy from the date of receipt of shipment by buyer.
- All products will be accepted under return only if the products are sealed or unopened.
- Any product used or opened shall not be accepted under Return Policy.
- Sold products such as DJ Software’s, Music production software & Digital Delivery shall not be entitled for any return or exchange
- When the product is return our Quality team will check the same, only after confirmation from them we shall process the returned.
- If your products arrive damaged or they are faulty, you may return them and obtain a replacement product, provided you notify us regarding the complaint within 3 days of receipt of the product.
- Returns in UAE are eligible for free returns. For all the other returns outside UAE, the cost of the same shall be borne by buyer.
- Store Management will act as per the above policies and Store Management’s decision will be treated as a final decision.
- com will only accept returns in the following circumstances:
- You receive the wrong order.
- The Product(s) is defective.
- The Product(s) is damaged in transit, provided insurance is selected during delivery.
- A manufacturer advice requests that the Product(s) be returned.
We only accept returns through our returns process set out above. If a Product(s) is not returned according to our returns process we are under no obligation to accept return of Product(s) by you.
technostoreae.com will not accept responsibility should a promotional code, which was given to one customer as compensation for an exchange, be used by another customer to purchase goods from technostoreae.com
To start the process of the returns, please send us an email to email@example.com. You need to mention the order number in the subject line, and we will contact you as soon as possible to return the item and complete the return process.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
- The warranty tendered hereunder, on the product(s) sold under this invoice has been provided exclusively by their respective Authorized Agents/Distributors and are limited to UAE for one year from the date of this invoice, except otherwise mentioned as per the warranty conditions as carried along with the products(s) or mentioned on Techno Store Invoice.
- Primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the brand owner/supplier and Techno Store is a facilitator only.
- Accessories, Batteries and consumables are not covered under warranty.
- Warranty becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered by an unauthorized person/other service canter.
- Please retain sales invoice and warranty card to claim warranty.
- Warranty is applicable within the limits of UAE only, unless specified.
